Overview
Codex Ratings (Pty) Ltd was registered in 2006 with the sole purpose of assessing and verifying the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment status of companies. Codex in its original form already commenced with scorecard verifications in 2002. We have acquired a diverse range of clients varying from Exempt Micro Enterprises with a turnover of less than R5,000,000 to Generic Enterprises with a turnover of over R35,000,000. Although we are based in Stellenbosch, we service clients throughout South Africa.
We are a full member of the Association of BEE Verification Agencies (ABVA) and are in the process of being assessed for accreditation by the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS).
